Happy Summer!

Dear Families,

This has been a wonderful second grade year!  I have enjoyed watching your children learn and grow!  Thank you for all your support this year!

Yesterday we did a "pass the plate" activity where the children wrote a compliment or something they learned about each classmate this year.  This activity really proved what a kind group of children they are!

Field Day Fun!

Hello Families,

Thanks to all of you who were able to make it to our poetry celebration and the family picnic!   The children were so proud to share their writing.  Next week they will come home with a folder full of all their published writing. 

We had a beautiful morning for Field day!  Check out some of the fun activities!

We will have one final class celebration on Monday for filling our Marky Mark container.  We will watch The Bee Movie and have popcorn!
